Right of Withdrawal & Custom-Made Products
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law of the Republic of North Macedonia, the right to withdraw from a contract within 15 days does not apply to products that are made to order based on measurements individually provided by the customer.
1. Nature of the Product
All dresses are produced according to our original designs and standard materials. The customer provides personal body measurements for made-to-measure production.
Due to this level of personalization, these products are considered custom-made.
2. No Right of Return
Custom-made products are not eligible for return or exchange for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Dissatisfaction with style or appearance
- Change of mind or personal expectations
3. Customer Rights in Case of Non-Conformity
The customer retains all statutory rights if the product does not conform to the provided measurements or if a material defect is present.
In such cases, the customer’s rights are exercised in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law and the Law on Obligations.
4. Alterations
If the dress does not correspond to the provided measurements, the seller undertakes to make reasonable alterations to bring the product into conformity with the order, within a reasonable timeframe and at no additional cost, except where:
- The measurements provided by the customer are inaccurate or incomplete
- The requested changes deviate from the original design
5. Limitation
Alterations are strictly limited to achieving conformity with the provided measurements and do not constitute grounds for a refund, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
